Armand is a highly experienced Project Manager with more than 11 years of Project Management roles with USA Fortune 1,000 Companies such as:  Accenture, JP Morgan Chase and Optum Global Solution (UnitedHealth Group). In these roles, he was client-facing and heavily interacting and collaborating with American coworkers and end-clients on a daily basis – always wearing a dual hat: Project Management and Account Management. He is ITIL Foundation Certified.

Armand is super experienced in End-to-End IT Project Management from project initiation, planning, transition, implementation, support, and future growth and expansions. He is skilled in being the liaise between the business stakeholders and IT Operations, supporting the progress and deliverables to facilitate successful project outcomes. He Helps bridge the gap and interprets the IT Operations technical terminology to layman’s terms for the stakeholders.

In his current role at Excelym, Armand is responsible for managing the delivery of NetSuite Services. Apart from his focus on Project and Account Management, from a technical standpoint, he is skilled in systems integration (eg. Netsuite and WooCommerce, Zoura, etc.).

Armand finished with a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering, and is a Licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer.
