A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Accounting. He earned his CPA while working in Arthur Andersen’s Audit and Assurance Department for five years. Later he worked in the fashion and apparel industry (Tory Burch, etc.): as a Controller, then as Vice President of Finance, and finally as CFO/ Chief Financial Officer.
